We continue to be so deeply grateful for the amazing outpouring of support from the Omaha community! Please note that we are working on updating our technology and expanding our capacity in order to serve you. Coming soon will be updated information regarding a new process for furniture pick-up requests and requests for assistance. We hope to have that up as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience! In the meantime, please see the information below:

Furniture Donations: Due to the above, we are currently asking donors to drop off items at our new location, if you are able to do so. To sign-up for a drop off appointment, click here. We are taking furniture donations both with and without appointments, Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00 and 3:00. To find out about items we do not accept, click here. Please view our visual guide, “Give This, Not That,” before donating items. Please also consider selecting something from our Amazon  Wishlist and having it shipped directly to us.

Requests for Assistance: If you work at a social service organization or other charitable entity and have a client in need of our services, please fill out the online referral form here or send an email to with any questions. We will work through referrals in the order in which they are received, please allow for minimum two to three-weeks turnaround. We are currently unable to process requests from individuals who are not referred by an agency or organization.
